Welcome to the Stobsmill Inn, located in Gorebridge just a couple of minutes walk from the Gorebridge railway station.

Built in the early part of the 20th century, the Stobsmill Inn looks just like another house on the main road, but behind the exterior (built to look like the other houses in thr row) you will find a friendly and warm welcome.

The pub was owned by the same owners up until early in 2018 when the landlady retired and the new owners sought to utlilise the spaces for our modern customers whilst retaining the traditional bar and lounge area.

The Stobsmill Inn now offers two distinct areas in the front bar area for lively chat and sports on the two large screen TVs as well as the renovated function room to the rear with it's settees and informal seating arrangements where we invite customers who want to sample our cocktails or get together in a more relaxed environment

As a valuable part of the local communiy, the new owners have opened the doors of Stobsmill Inn once more and will be offering the function room for small family events (please note that we are only able to allow over 21s in the bar) or during the day for any other functions or meetings for customers in the local community.
